Congrats on the upgrade!

As far as your question goes, it really depends how YOU want it to sound and also how much you are willing to spend.

If you want a nice growl around $1000 then go Stillen (excellent bang for the buck!)
If you want it to roar and are willing to spend $3000 then go Meisterschaft
*these are for catback

You can also go just axle back for much cheaper.

I upgraded my Q50S to a Stillen axle-back. Despite the fact that I'm in a holding pattern with them while they build a replacement for me (they have had fitment issues, and I was one of those who got the short straw so to speak) it's a much better sound than the stock muffler. BUT....and this is potentially a big BUT, I don't really like the drone at low RPM's. Because of this, I would seriously suggest you look into a "muffler delete" which from all accounts (there's a forum or two on here about how best to go about it) sounds really great when you get on it, and there is no drone at all. For about 1/2 of the cost of the axle-back system, which is the least expensive aftermarket option, you can get two pipes custom bent and installed with nice tips - and have a great sounding exhaust with no issues. Just my two cents based on my experience.

Muffler delete is probably the best sounding and price if you don't care about performance.

I'm waiting for motordyne or another more reasonable exhaust to come out I did muffler delete just to hold me off

What do you mean "if you don't care about performance"?
What will a muffler delete do performance wise?

Got this from the muffler delete post in this section

Q50 Muffler delete_2 - YouTube

I know there are more, just do a quick search and they should come up.
