Looks like a BCM swap to me. It's located behind the passenger side foot well panel where the one dude was working. I noticed in the last clip after the hood was up and the passenger door was open, there was no door light. It looks like they disconnected the battery to disconnect the BCM and plug in their own BCM with it's own key fob. The battery was reconnected and the door light came on. They got in, started the car and drove away.
A hidden kill switch could have stopped that.
How did they roll the car and open the doors prior to the BCM swap?
