Bumping this thread cause the refills are awesome. And buying them from Honda are even better. I purchased mine from Nissan with employee discount, came out to $19 for LH and $16 for RH.

Just called Honda now and they are selling for $8.09/each!

OEM Refill-Wiper Blade for Q50

DRIVERS side: Mitsuba MOB2-S2-105 ; 650mm
(OEM for INFINITI / NISSAN / HONDA)

INFINITI = 28895-3JA0A ~ $8
28895-3JA0A | REFILL - WIPER BLADE DRIVER - InfinitiPartsUSA.com

HONDA = 76622-STK-A02 ~ $5
76622-STK-A02 - Genuine Honda Rub, Blade (650mm)

PASSENGERS side: Mitsuba MOB2-S2-085 ; 425mm
(OEM for INFINITI / NISSAN / HONDA)

INFINITI = 28895-3JA1A ~ $8
28895-3JA1A | REFILL - WIPER BLADE DRIVER - InfinitiPartsUSA.com

HONDA = 76632-SWA-J02 ~ $5
76632-SWA-J02 - Genuine Honda Rub, Blade (425mm)

I change refill wiper blade every year after winter (I always have one set in the trunk - I drive a lot of skiing in Austria so I prefer to have a spare refill), so I bought 4 sets in e-store Honda for the sum of $ 46 (including shipping costs)

***Not my post above, another posters but I can confirm the refills from Infiniti are 100% correct to what the car comes with from the factory if you still have the factory blades on them. I had to use the refills as I replaced mine with Bosch Clear Advantage Wipers and they started interferring with my wiper nozzles causing sprayage everywhere. Installed the OEM factory blades back on and surprise, nozzles are spraying fine.

INFINITI discontinued sale of the original WIPER BLADE and WIPER REFILL produced by MITSUBA.
I just got a parcel from the USA containing WIPER BLADE from the MAINTENANCE ADVANTAGE series, produced in Mexico.
In my opinion it's a very low / junk quality.

If you want the original WIPER REFILL produced by MITSUBA, I give their numbers:

DRIVERS side:

650mm ; Mitsuba MOB2-S2-105 ; you can buy them in HONDA's e-stores, number: 76622-STK-A02
fit into: G37 ; Q40 ; Q50 ; Q60 ; JX / QX60 ; M / Q70

600mm
; Mitsuba MOB2-S2-105 ; you can buy them in MAZDA's e-stores, number: BBP2-67-333
fit into: FX / QX70 ; EX / QX50 (until 2017)

PASSENGERS side:

425mm ; Mitsuba MOB2-S2-085 ; you can buy them in HONDA's e-stores, number: 76632-SWA-J02
fit into: G37 ; Q40 ; Q50 ; Q60 ; JX / QX60 ; EX / QX50 (until 2017)

475mm ; Mitsuba MOB2-S2-085 ; you can buy them in HONDA's e-stores, number: 76632-TA0-A02
fit into: FX / QX70 ; M / Q70

all above is a WIPER REFILL with a 10 mm mounting width

I know these part numbers have been posted here a few times already but bears repeating. I bought them from Nissan eStore and picked up from a local dealership. They're still available at InfinitiPartsDeal.com

Sorry to hijack the topic, but I’m having difficulty figuring out how to install the blades. I googled how to replace them and saw a video that says that the wipers need to be in the upright position and to turn the car off then within a minute press the windshield wiper control lever up twice. I’ve tried that several times and the wipers don’t move. Am I doing it right? Any help is much appreciated.

1. Put ignition to ON (do not start the engine)
2. Push the stalk TWICE (the 'push' action is the same as you would do a single wipe, only this time you'd have to do it twice; not too fast but not too slow either)

3. Push the stalk again ONCE to put it back to original position.

Note: #1 may also work when it's on ACC mode, but you'd have to wait 10-20 secs before performing #2 .

This procedure works fine but it isn't necessary to do so in order to change wiper blades. The blades can be removed while in the down position. I do it all the time.

Wait, so how many times did you have to change the wiper blades on the Q though?

But you are correct. I just imagined one is already having a hard time doing it the 'intended' way, let alone doing it in a non-conventional fashion.
