I would rather have this one.
Regardless either one is out of my price range. :(

2014 CTS-V Sedan

The world’s fastest family of production cars maintains its title with this sedan that features a 556 HP V8 engine that moves it from 0–60 in a blistering 3.9 seconds. High-performance, oversized Brembo® brakes provide the V-Sedan with massive stopping power. The driver-focused interior delivers unwavering control of the sedan’s stunning power.

the CTS-V is just a vanity car. No one really gets one to drive it....at least with the V-Sport there's a bit more practicality in respect to fuel economy

On which planet? I've yet to meet a CTS-V owner that didn't get one to drive it. Granted the fuel economy isn't great, but I don't think they care that much about that.
I didn't even know they had the CTS-V in sedan until I went and looked on their website just now.

I've seen quite a few CTS-V coupes driving around the bay area.
The coupe just sounds awesome.

I have never seen the sedan version in person.
But I see them for sale on cars.com

Heck it looks like they even have one for Grandma.
The CTS-V wagon. :D
Nice!

A battle I would love to see using a cadillac is the future Cadillac ATS-V vs Q50 Eau Rouge!

No competition if the rumored 600hp mill lands under the Eau Rouge hood. :)

Shhh! Don't wake up the sleeping GM giant... or they'll stuff the C7 Z06 engine into the next CTS-V.

Unfortunately, the Eau Rouge is still a concept.

"If we built this car I would expect it to feature over 500 horsepower and 600 pound-feet of torque," said Johan de Nysschen, president of Infiniti. "The engine we are evaluating for the Q50 Eau Rouge is a big personality, V-cylinder engine with forced induction."

The CTS V-Sport is already in production and the Lexus RC-F is "production ready." It seems Infiniti missed the mark again, at least for this time frame.

But at least aftermarket support for VQ motor is still much stronger than that for Lexus motors. ;)
I test drove the new 2014 420HP CTS and a new 2013 560HP CTS-V. They certainly have the HP (and a great traction control system) - The Chrysler C300 SRT8's 490HP I burned off the first mm of tire when I stomped on it (not really what I had intended). The new 2014 CTS is getting close but doesn't really have the technology that I love in the Infiniti. This was a very close call for me but the Infiniti Q50S Hybrid notched out the 2014 CTS on all fronts except HP.
