I am trying to get the SAME exact set up as you. I am currently in deal with my dealer to trade in my gs350 f sport for a Q50 PREMIUM AWD and get VELGEN VM5s 20X9 AND 20X10.5 with 245/35/20 and 275/35/20. they will sit FLUSH

Yes they will stick out ! I'm running 19x9.5+35 (stock height ) and they were just outside of flush with 245-40/19 I will post a pic
