It's a good thing. The rules help avoid scams. There have been a number of bad deals on here in the past before these selling rules were put in place.

No i know, I meant it must get annoying having to copy paste it for nearly every ad. It’s too bad there’s no way to add it as a pop up before they submit their post

Yes, it's annoying as h3ll that I have to go through ads and do that. I wish members would read our stickies, but most don't. We do the best we can to prevent scammers from scamming members but they are legion, and we are few. If everyone read the guidelines and warnings posted, there would be virtually no one getting ripped off here.

No, modifying the forum is a pain and requires the VS overlords get their bureaucratic hands on it, discuss it forever, and then ultimately decide to do nothing.

Okay. I agree with you that a pop-up would be nice but sounds like that is wishful thinking.
