My dealer told me recently that I would be able to get a better deal on certain colors, because they have a older VIN and all the cars with a more recent manufacture date were $700 more. Is this true?

I think prices went up a little bit in December (or maybe it was November).
But I don't remember how much.

This would be the second sticker price, and yes, prices have gone up.

Yes, prices went up last month, I think. If the car has been in inventory for a while, price will be a little lower. Make sure they've done the software update to the car (most dealerships should have done this, but make sure).
