While recently perusing the Owners Manual, I came across the section on the installation of the air deflectors for the tires. I know that many have poo poohed them as unnecessary, but I have to believe otherwise, else why would Infiniti go through the trouble and cost of providing them.

So, if they are a benefit, why haven't any of the aftermarket tuners jumped on this type of product? Of course, I do realize that the usual aerodynamic enhancements are as much about style. This one can hardly be seen.

I've got mine installed and I do notice a gain in HP! LOL.

I do believe it has a positive effect on aerodynamics even if it's nominal.
