That would require the OP to take 2 seconds of his time to do a search.

How dare you try and take away his right to instant gratification?

Just curious: If you have the 14 speaker Bose system, you already have three sub-woofers. Do you think you need a fourth?:D
Yes. More bass and better high/mids is always a plus lol

This would be the most boring and stale forum if everybody just "search". Imagine if I went to the service department and asked why my Intouch is not "in touch" and they tell me to do a SEARCH. Or if I ask a stranger how their day is going and they reply "Check my Facebook dude!".

I agree that in some topics a SEARCH is appropriate but in this instance it sounds like the OP is just starting a conversation.

Back to bboren994 original question. No I have not but I would be interested if anyone else have and how they like it. The factory system sounds pretty good but you can never have enough bass.

Yep. I bought the base because all I cared about was the 3.7 litter engine, the drive select, and the heated steering wheel. I knew I was going to upgrade the wheels and sound system myself anyway. I replaced the door 6.5 with alpine 6.5 components with tweeters. The doors have the mounting for the bose tweeters so it was pretty easy to modify the alpine brackets to fit the tweeter brackets in the door. The 6.5 alpines worked perfect with the stock mounting brackets for the most part, no rattling. I then tapped into the rear right door speaker wire for the sub signal and ran my signal wire for the amp of the left side of the vehicle through the fuse panel. Sounds way better than what was in there.
