Anyone recognize this plastic fastener?

I found it in my passenger door storage panel. I think maybe the dealer left it there by accident when they installed my welcome lighting. Anyone know where it came from?

Oh I know! Mainly because I did that...on my wife's brand new car :eek:

It secures the A pillar trim cover to the firewall for the lower right cover.
