Selzini, do you have a Customer Number that would have been sent in an email a couple of months ago? If so, I'll forward the automated email that we all received today that leads you to a site that needs your customer number and name. I haven't completed that step yet as it states not to do so until five days AFTER purchasing your car so the information is in the system.Well, the business day is almost over, and they still haven't contacted me like they said they would. With all of those on here saying that they are being contacted today, I'm getting very antsy about the whole thing. Almost getting to the point of being fed up with the whole thing. Even my dealer said that he can't get Infiniti to help with the gift card. I guess the thing to do, if I don't hear from them today, will be to go back to Facebook, and make my complaint public on their site. Maybe THAT will move them off their a$$es. This thing has been going on for about two months now(the trying to get the ID number).
