I hope the dealers who took the orders directly will make sure our pre-orders are covered.

I got the same letter when I reserved/preordered the Q50. Save the I'd and dealer number selling the car and submit to Infiniti for iTunes card number that you can use in iTune or apple store.

Apple Store gift cards can be applied only to purchases from an Apple Retail Store, the Apple Online Store or Apple Telesales (1-800-MY-APPLE) in the United States.

Apple gift cards may not be redeemed at the iTunes Store, through any Apple resellers, or at any Apple Online Store, Apple Specialist or Apple Retail Store outside the United States.

I got an email like it with a gift card redemption code yesterday, even though I DID NOT preorder (only went through a build at the website and from there was sent to my local dealer), and obviously did not buy one.

This could be interesting. My Pre-Order delivery is now scheduled for October and the deadline to complete the purchase is Oct 31 for the gift card. Probably not a problem.

I got one today too, but it was from one of the dealers that I didn't end up buying from. It was the same format as the one posted, saying to complete my purchase, come in for a test drive, etc prior to Oct 31 and then can get the $350 card.

I don't have my customer number from where I actually bought the car, but I know that when I did my deal originally on June 30th they submitted something on my behalf for the Apple card. I asked when I picked up the car and they said once the car was registered officially I would receive something from Apple. If I don't get something within a week I will follow back up with them.

Well, the business day is almost over, and they still haven't contacted me like they said they would. With all of those on here saying that they are being contacted today, I'm getting very antsy about the whole thing. Almost getting to the point of being fed up with the whole thing. Even my dealer said that he can't get Infiniti to help with the gift card. I guess the thing to do, if I don't hear from them today, will be to go back to Facebook, and make my complaint public on their site. Maybe THAT will move them off their a$$es. This thing has been going on for about two months now(the trying to get the ID number).

Selzini, do you have a Customer Number that would have been sent in an email a couple of months ago? If so, I'll forward the automated email that we all received today that leads you to a site that needs your customer number and name. I haven't completed that step yet as it states not to do so until five days AFTER purchasing your car so the information is in the system.
