I've never seen a commercial from Audi that mentions an Infiniti. Come to think of it, I've never seen the same thing from a BMW commercial. Something like this can only mean that they consider the Q50 to be a threat.

Haha! Specifically the Q50 too and not infiniti in general! Its dealer specific though so maybe that specific dealer is loosing sales due to a competing infiniti dealer near them because of the Q50

I wouldn't put too much into that being that its dealer made... and they only mention the Q50 once! lol

But it would be nice to see the Germans go for Infiniti. I LOVE when competitors directly target each other. The Audi vs BMW from a couple years ago was awesome. But I think Infiniti would have to initiate it first, well they actually already did with the Winter Event/Snowball commercials, but it was kind of indirect.

I def think they can pull something with the new Q50. I think its finally on that level.

time will tell, but Infiniti & Audi or any other brand loyalist will think the commercial is just that, it has to translate into sales before any brand will be scared of. All these brands spy on other brands to see what's in the pipeline of their competitor.

Seems a bit foolish to me to mention the Q50 in the ad. I would think that people that haven't considered or heard of the Q50 would now inquire about it since it hasn't technically been released. More advertising for Q50!

Its not an official ad. It's made by a dealer just comparing the two. Dealers do this stuff all the time. It wasn't even a valid comparison lol.
