I think Pride was the only game in town on the diff brace mod at the time. Some said it wouldn't work. I sure noticed a difference. That said there have been improved designs since the too.

Honestly didn't like the design of the pride auto my neighbors have q50-60 and have nothing but negative feedback on the pride diff. They switched to bms and z1 and all positive.

As simple as the design is for the brace... it seems pretty hard to go wrong. Pretty cheap too. I have a Pride piece but have yet to crawl under the car to install it. Read positive posts for the mod though.

It would be impressive to complain about something that was worse from the factory. It literally bolted on in 10 minutes with basic tools and substantially flatted the back of the car.

@Ddnspider I'm going to take it to the canyons tomorrow after work and test it out. I will be adding the rear diff bushings been curious about them I guess everyone has different experiences with them.

do we have a favorite? is there a real world difference between the two?

For those who have been in sales, yes, these are buying questions.

Everyone has alot of theory about flex/deflection of this 1 vs. that 1 etc. Even people who've swapped don't have apples to apples data.

Guess it's just how many say the placebo effect.

@Ddnspider Bro I took the q through a canyon and some mountains and the bms brace does indeed flatten around turns and much less wheel hop and better launches. Just my honest opinion.

Exactly. I wasn't making it up. I'm typically skeptical of Mods like this and the subframe collars, but both made a noticable improvement to the cars handling and I was very happy with the bang for the buck even though the Pride is typically given a bad rep.

@Ddnspider was definitely worth the money. Next I'm going with the z1 engine and transmission mounts.

@xBlitzkriegx Good morning, everyone has there own personal experience don't always rely on video reviews conduct your own testing. I did feel the slightest difference on sharp turns and the diff feels stiffer on launches.

i think you misunderstand what im saying. im not relying on an opinion or a feeling. im specifically looking at video evidence where the part in question is tested.

specifically, the price auto unit with the single mounting point, v1.0 or v2.0. people have installed and then showed launches which clearly show wheel hop. i do think this part will have some effect because removing the play will help but this part doesnt address the biggest offenders of movement, the IRS cradle and squishy links.
