It's translation. By surprise I think they're talking about the emotional aspect. When people get in there is a wow factor, driven by interior fit, finish, materials and the Intouch system. That's my theory.

In the linked video I saw on google (I'm fairly certain it has been posted here before so I apologize in advance) there is some cat talking at 1:30 about some 'surprise' but they never tell you what the surprise is.
Near as I can figure, there was some translation error but what do I know.

Wait, I think I know . . .it's surprising that Infiniti's marketing folks are paying as much attention to proofing their videos as they are their print and web material (press kit, micro site, etc.). Lots of errors and inconsistencies. Not the best foot forward for such an important car. (Am I being too hard on them? - not a word IChick, not a word!!
