Looking to lease my first Infiniti (2014 Q50 AWD Premium).

Please provide your comments/notes as to whether or not this is a good deal. I've done my homework and this seems to be the best price i can get in the region....

2014 Q50 AWD Premium with spare tire, nav, leather, deluxe touring pkgs

39 months, 12,000 miles per year
2999 total due at signing including all taxes and fees (dmv, etc)
449.00 per month including all taxes
63% residual on MSRP 47955 (money factor is .00124)

[Note that in PA where i am registering the car, tax on leases is 9%]

Thanks everyone !

From the sound of it, you're getting a good deal (about $1700 under "factory invoice"). My only reservation is the total out of pocket which sounds high (if no security deposits are baked in). If the total out of pocket included only such standard fees as doc fee, acq fee, tags, title, first payment, etc... then you should be no more than $2000 out of pocket.

Ask them for a detailed breakdown of this total due at signing, and see for yourself. I hope this helps, good luck!

My total out of pocket breakdown is as follows:

Cash down 1650
Acquisition fee 700
Capitalized taxes 145
Doc fees 131
DMV 88
1st payment 449

Figures were rounded up (they're knocking off 17 bucks off the total so total due at signing is 3000)

How does that look...I managed to shave off 5 dollars a month off the monthly payment (now at 445 a month).

More info on the deal - MSRP 48955, total cap cost 43,298.50 *includes 1650 cash down).

I personally don't like to put money down on a lease.

Other than that, I'd say you're getting a great deal and shouldn't have any doubts about it. Good luck!
