Finally after 2 months I checked in the trunk if I have all the tools required to change tire in case I need to and what do I find? I don't have a freaking jack in the back. All I have is tool to unscrew the bolts and nothing else. Did the dealer forget to put it there or does the Q hybrid doesn't come with one?

Nope. No spare or jack. Hopefully, my run flats won't fail me if I need them.

It's funny, I have had 8 Infinit's and never used the jack ever so with RFT on Q50, I doubt I will need one, used AAA once for flat tire on my g35 coupe in last 10 years.

Just get yourself an inexpensive air pump (12 volt). That will take care of any slow leaks, until you get the tire repaired. I haven't had to change a tire in 6 years.
