Welcome to the forum, i mostly throw it in personal, transmission & engine response in sport, Steering in standard and quick.
I'd say it depends on the situation. I'm not an owner but I test drove alot and the sport setting made it feel nervous on the highway with the quick steering. Choose what suits you and experiment. You probably don't want granny soft, fast steering on the highway or heavy sport steering in a parking lot. I think the steering is speed sensitive though but you'd have to ask someone else.
Welcome. What color combo, and options did you get?

Personal set to Engine&Trannie:sport, Steering:Standard/Standard, ATC: Off
I got q50s graphite shadow with black interior with nav package
I felt nervous driving in standard mode on the highway, the steering is to light

It is a little light. But with DAS it's just a button click to change.:D Isn't that the point.
I use standard for slow going. Sport for twisties. And Personal (standard trans, standard/quick steer and ATC on) for non-twisty fun driving.
I switch it up depending on the traffic and road conditions.

It's usually between Light/Casual (Personal) for every day driving.

When I want to mess around, I'll throw it in Sport. I'll sometimes leave it in Standard if I'm making a really short trip from A to B.
For me:
Standard mode on normal driving to save gas (easier to get into EV driving on hybrid)
Personal (Standard+Quick+Sport+ATC off) for spirited driving. Traction off if the weather is good.
Personal + manual shift if someone want to play pissing contest on the road with me.
