Engine knock

So roughly a week ago my engine would have a small knock after reaching 4k rpm’s. Knowing I was about 2k past needing a oil change I changed the oil and afterward the knock got worse and is constant even below 1500 rpm’s. is there any help as to what it may be and cost to fix.
