Thanks.. I went to Autozone, the scan tool said "P0300" error code, can someone tell how to fix this one, please.. thanks.. It also said to replace ECM unit, my car is only 55000 miles, 2018, q50 2 pure.
If you are under warranty, bring the car into the dealer and have them fix it under powertrain coverage. If not under warranty I would ask you...How does the car run? P0300 is non-specific misfire code. If the car runs fine, just keep driving it and see if the light goes out. Better yet, get yourself a cheap scan tool and erase the code and see if the light comes back on later. Could just be a freak event and may never see it again.

I have now put 600 miles on the car since then with no issues. Like JCB mentioned, may just be a transient thing.
Would be good to get this documented at Infiniti dealership in case it does happen again (if you are under warranty). Dealership can also reset the code.

I just went to a dealer for a free scan, they gave a paper showing below
P0300-85 RAMDOM/multiple misfire (sig above allowanble range)
P0301-85 cylinder 1 misfire (sig above allowanble range)
P0304-85 cylinder 4 misfire (sig above allowable range)
B1F01-62 ENG SPEED SIG ERROR
can someone help to explain or fix them?

A 2018 with 55k miles should still be under the powertrain warranty. Let me guess, salvage title.

I have another question, I deleted the error code and the engine light is gone now. It should come back if there is still a problem with engine? Now it the car run fine and no engine light any more.
