How much money did it cost?I ran into the same exact issue. Brought it to the dealership and they were able to reconfigure the DCU for me within about 20-30 minutes.
If they were indeed able to do that so easily they probably charged only an hour of labor. Usually the minimum. About $140.00 in my neck of the woods. Cheap vs the alternative.How much money did it cost?
I reset DCU in self diagnostic menu to factory settings, I lost everything, upper screen with clock no arms, no radio, no navigation, no sensors, can't change drive mode. Bottom screen just few basic icons. I know is only Consult 3 plus and MultiAV reconfiguration can help but I don't know how? I got access to consult with interface, but still without success. Maybe any solutions. Dealerships have no idea what to do

Wrong! Software, not hardware. See #2...The only thing that I know so far u have to change the top screen 📺 and that should do.
Yes, they should. Dealer has to reconfigure the system (see above)...I have the same problem so dealer can fix ?
