So,

Reviewing the spec sheet, and am deciding which model to go for. It's definatley going to be a Q50 Sport, but not sure with AWD or Not. My delima is, and i'm quite annoyed with Infiniti for this, is that if i go for the Sport AWD, it looks like i obviously gain the AWD, but loose the Power Tilt & Telescopic, Memory Seating, and Easy Entry & Exit for drivers seat and steering wheel. Whereas with the Sport RWD, you get the wood trim, and the Memory Seating, Power Tilt, and easy entry feature. Atleast that's what it seems when i'm viewing the online features and specs. Keep in mind, i'm in Canada, not sure if it's any different in the U.S. Can anybody who physically has the Sport AWD, can you confirm if in fact you don't have the Power Tilt, and Memory seating functions? Really annoyed, because i live in Ontario and AWD would be my first choice, but those features i mentioned are very imporatant to me.... so.

Lexus also has done something similar with their IS. If you get the F-Sport pkg you get fake leather, and no memory seating, or Power Tilt & telescopic. Makes no sense to me.

We have the Hybrid Sport AWD and do have the memory tilt and memory seat function.

I just went up to the Infiniti site.

2014 Infiniti Q50 Sedan Specs | Infiniti USA

"Includes all Q50S 3.7 standard equipment"

Says the AWD sport includes all of the features on the RWD Sport plus AWD and Heated steering wheel. I think you are just reading whatever you are looking at incorrectly.

Wasn't the wood trim from the Deluxe Touring Package?

I've just figured it out. Those options i mentioned, the Memory Seating, Easy Entry, Power Tilt & Telescoping is "Standard" on the Q50 Sport, but they are "Optional" on the Q50 Sport AWD. Which means, if you buy the base Q50 Sport AWD you don't get it, you have to also buy the Deluxe Touring option with all the other gadgets. Which inflates the price about $5k. So, i think i'll just buy the Sport RWD, get a set of snows, and on stormy days i'll drive the front drive Maxima i have. I don't need all those other lane departure, etc stuff. But it's pretty stupid how they packaged it.

It's packaged differently for Canada

I wouldn't be surprised if the package combinations change over time. The same thing happened with the M when it was redesigned in 2011. They had 3 or 4 packages with everything you would normally want split up against all 4 packages. Now you can get an M with everything you want all in one package and leave out the other stuff you don't. Noticed this on the 2013 M when I was waiting for my Q50S
