Fuzzy Street Names in Nav

Could just be my old tired eyes but I noticed on my nav screen, the street names are hard to read. The font they use is almost like an outline of the letters.

I'll try to post a pic but I was wondering if others had this as well. Couldn't find a setting to change it so I'm thinking it's just the new nav setup but I'm not a huge fan of it. Hard to read the street names.

Anyone else notice this or know of a setting change?

I havent noticed that, but really havent been paying attention. I will check when I leave work and let you know
Is this all the time or only when actually using the nav? Day or night view or both?

I will check it out at lunch, but I haven't really noticed this.
Have you tried changing font size?

InTouch settings->navigation->map preferences-> map text size

I think both but it's much more noticeable/annoying at night.

I'm pretty sure I did. I think that's the setting where it asks if you want the focus to be on roads or POI or something like that. Didn't make a difference. I'll check again just to be sure though - thanks!
They do use an outline font so that it can be seen against various backgrounds. I reduced my font size to small, but will be placing it back to medium.
I haven't notice it in mine. I can see the street name clearly.
But, than again everyone seeing things differently.
Post pic of it will tell alots.
So after so e trial and error, it looks like the daytime font for street names is normal and the night screen has the street names in the 'outlined letter' font. That's the one that is harder to read.

I did to in and mess with the font sizes but it didn't really help.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I was digging through the Navigation settings last night and there is one that allows you to change the Focus between Street, Font, Default, and something else. The changes seemed pretty minor to my eye, so I don't know if that will improve anything, but worth a shot.

Yeah, I tried that one as well. Didn't change the outline font. I will try to get a picture posted today.

Thanks for the suggestion though!
Yeah, the night screen mode font of the street name is harder to see than daytime screen mode. I guess my eye is pretty good since I have no problem reading the name. You can disable it if it bother you and adjust the brightness if it is too bright.
