Q50 awd premium. Looking to drop on springs as well. I don't have touring package which I believe means I don't have das steering... Correct me if I'm wrong. But will these wheels fit considering a drop, 10" wide in rear and 45 offset?

You should be good maybe u can even put spacers at the back since u can fit a 10.5 +45 in the rear!

Yeah be careful not to get to high of an offset, the wheel will hit the shock. What size tire are you going to run?

Not sure yet. Working with a shop for all the mods so hopefully they know more than I do.
