WHAT!!?? Which version of the update? from what I know is that a few weeks ago was the last update. Now I'm curious to know if there's a new update. My system hasn't frozen ever since I got my car 4 weeks ago.
I am getting an update tomorrow morning, should take care of the slow loading and any issues. Also I am hoping for the complete apps to be installed as well.
Wish me luck lol
Yup, and now when you have the same slight issue you get to benefit from this as wellA "slight issue with my in touch" and you took it to the dealer? And you posted about it here. Imagine that.![]()

That saddens me. Oh well at least now I'll be update as you guys. Did that update eliminate the slow "loading apps"v1.9 is the October update. So, there is no new update yet.
If you are having lockups, I'd suggest you contact Infiniti Customer Care and issue a complaint. Perhaps they can "convince" the dealer to update your car.got excited for a sec there as well. Anyways, glad you were able to get the update. My dealer refuses to update saying that for my vin i have the newest version.

New update not be due till Jan 2014.The speed felt about the same compare to the previous (September) update. That's why I am hoping there is a new version for speed improvement. Overall, v1.9 felt solid. I had no issue with it so far.
Not really. The dealer expends service hours on the update, which are reimbursed by corporate. If the dealer does an update that it not authorized b corporate, they could be in a position to eat the service hours. The updates are free from the factory
This is why i rather go to the bigger flagship dealerships if possible, they usually have a reputation to live up to and still strive to keep it. They'll go out of their way to help a customer. Not really. The dealer expends service hours on the update, which are reimbursed by corporate. Some dealers are willing to do that to make a customer happy, some aren't. That is why I suggested calling the Inifiniti Customer Care people. If the poster is having lock-ups, they will give the dealer permission to do the update and the dealer will be reimbursed for the service hours.
On the other hand, it would be nice if we could do our own updates, but I don't see that happening.
Was way ahead of you - already have that update - ...and over your head too, apparently.Yup, and now when you have the same slight issue you get to benefit from this as well![]()
