Rear pic shows liquid spewing out of the tail pipe. Not used to that in foreign cars (more so in older models from the Big 3). Probably means nothing. Condensation happens!

I saw that...but it also could have been some sand on the roadway that the tires kicked up

Yea i think its water front the tail pipes since if you zoom in, you will see it pouring out of the left exhaust tip!

Malbec black? I see a little purple-ish hue on the front end pic (towards the bottom of the left headlamp near the light reflection). Or does this look more like black obsidian?

What is the difference in the trunk lids?

Looks pretty close to me; granted, the Euro license plates are more horizontal, but I think the body shape of the trunk is the same?

You may be right, the euro licence plate shape plus the black color fooled me.
