I have a 2011 Infiniti G37 Sport my lease is up very soon. I test drove a Q50 Premium gas not hybrid. The car seemed more comfortable. Probably because I have a Sport model different seats. Overall I was not like I have to buy this now. I think the audio was not up to par with my G just the sound was terrible. Not all the new fancy technology. I cant put my finger on it. But something about the car I didn't like. Don't get me wrong it is a nice car just not blown away. Any previous G owners advice pros cons between them performance handling comfort etc. And what color Graphite White or Black. Thanks...

I would assume that the audio on the Q50 was not turned up (bass and treble wise), because that makes a huge difference in the Q. As for performance, they will be very similar. Most people don't like the run flat tires, which I think is the biggest difference in drivability, but this can be easily changed. Comfort wise, the Q50 will be much quieter inside with road noise and will have much more comfortable seats (more of a memory foam). The sport seat on the Q50 is actually more comfortable to me than the non-sport, especially on long distance trips because of the thigh extenders (legs won't fall asleep). Color wise, it is all personal preference. Do keep in mind that the black obsidian and malbec will show the most if the car is dirty. Those are probably the three most popular colors you listed, so look at them all when it is time to make a decision and find the one that you like the best. Best way to know the answers to these questions is to test drive a Q50 for a good 20-30 minutes, then you will know what you want and what you don't want. Don't forget that if you get into the Deluxe Touring package, that you get Direct Adaptive Steering (DAS).

I felt the same way you did when I first heard the Audio in a Q50 (coming from a 2012 G37 Premium) but after playing around with some of the audio settings I was able to get it to where it sounded just as good if not better than my G. I would definitely chalk up the audio to settings. As far as the ride comfort and what not it's definitely smoother and quieter than the G. Overall it just feels like an improved version than the G. Road noise is quieter... Acceleration isn't as jerky... drive train feels a little smoother. I like the new inTouch system but it doesn't come without some flaws. Overall I think the Q50 is an improvement and a setup forward from the G37.

After driving both the Gasser & Hybrid. I felt the Q50 gas version is not as indulging as the G. It is a better car, but not a better sports sedan.

Hybrid is different animal though, awesome torque.
If you can live with the smaller trunk, Hybrid is the one I would get.
