Didn't they make an AWD V8 version (non-turbo though), basically a carryover from the M56?

Sure did! I wanted one but couldn’t find a Q70L 5.6 AWD. The L had a longer wheel base than the standard Q70, and reportedly had a better ride and less chassis issues because of it.Didn't they make an AWD V8 version (non-turbo though), basically a carryover from the M56?
Not overly familiar with the Q70, although do remember seeing and/or reading about the L version; being longer and all. They also had a Sport version of the 5.6 didn't they? Was that only on the regular length chassis or could you get it (S) with the L?Sure did! I wanted one but couldn’t find a Q70L 5.6 AWD. That is pretty long, ya. Lots of rear legroom! Looks good though and nice wheels. Do like the Q70 styling overall, other than a couple views...want to say one being 3/4 front and the way the fenders arch/bulge or something. Otherwise, it's a nice looking car.Got curious and ran a quick search on auto tempest. This one is a good price and low mileage, but like 1,600 miles from me. Shouldn’t be more than a couple hours for our Tin Man though if he wanted the roar of a V8 lol.

That I don’t know. But ultimately, it think the market was older people who didn’t want the maintenance of a BMW 5 series or the stigma of a Cadillac. Not overly familiar with the Q70, although do remember seeing and/or reading about the L version; being longer and all.
