Installed a factory black grille and an ams/infiniti heat exchanger. Anyone else have 83 of those plastic body panel push pin thingies left over after that? 😂

Update:

As per the usual, life has been crazy busy. But updates for both cars are below:

Q50 (Betty):
Removed audio control 300.1 amp and infinity ref1000s sub.

Installed jl audio xdm600 amp and JL Audio CS112LG-TW3. Reinstalled shelf sub. Audio sounds much better now!

Installed black eyelids. A freeway pull uninstalled one of them for me. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Replacements ordered.

Cabin air filter and oil changed.

Working up motivation for lower downpipes install so I can install rest of exhaust and retune.

Parts continue to arrive...AN fittings are mostly here. Bungs to weld onto fender tank are here. Dropbear oil pan is ordered.

FX50 (Bertha):
Replaced all interior lights with led

Fixed sticky dashboard issue (can actually see out of windshield in daytime now) 😎

Replaced all wipers

Replaced reverse lights with led (can actually see in reverse at night now)

Replaced parking lights with led

Installed led puddle lights on all doors

Replaced fog lights with switchback led lights

Fixed a couple of dents

NGK coil packs and spark plugs ordered.

Installed amp and sub from Betty (sounds much better in Bertha than it did in Betty)

Re: Betty, I'm super tempted to order the new Z1 turbos and be done with it. I'm trying to wrangle compressor maps out of them but haven't made much progress. But I figure if they made 740whp basically with bolt-ons and 104 octane, I don't see any reason why I couldn't make 900+ with my built block, ridiculous fuel setup, interchiller, and the rest of my planned setup. Seems like much less of a pain in the ass than big frame turbos and a much more usable powerband. Doesn't hurt that it will cost half as much either.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Replacement eyelids showed up. Ordered a normal, complete set of them: one left, and one right...
