Updating cars software will not only reduce customer dissatisfaction but manufacturers cost through dealership but the flip side is that dealers benefit from customer visits at manufacturer's dime.
Couldn't read the article so I'm not sure of this was mentioned but I read that the Tesla updates it's software OTA. Pretty cool as long as it doesn't catch fire. . .
