iOS is not compatible like android yet.. gotta wait for the new update..I have my iPhone 5S paired and everything but when I go to the intouch screen to text messages, it won't work. It says it's unavailable.
Any idea on how to fix this please??
IOS is not fully compatible but you can get InTouch to alert you when a text comes in and read it to you. You just cannot respond to a text at this time. In order to get that working you need to make the following change on your iPhone 5sI have my iPhone 5S paired and everything but when I go to the intouch screen to text messages, it won't work. It says it's unavailable.

One other item you may need to check on in order to get the iPhone 5s working.I have my iPhone 5S paired and everything but when I go to the intouch screen to text messages, it won't work. It says it's unavailable.
Any idea on how to fix this please??
KLamalamaOrrin, thanks for trying, but negatory on success as those settings have already been applied.
Can't find where that second part is done.Turn on "show notifications" in the Bluetooth profile on the iPhone.
Change the connection method on the Q50 from "From Unit" to "Bluetooth Audio Device" and back again allows you to receive texts through InTouch.
iPhone = Q50 = well made, not for everyonefinally works for me! Sucks that I have to be tethered via USB, and I cant send a response, but... Figure when my contract is up I'm switching to android, unless Apple steps up their game!
iPhone = played out same design since 2006 (copied from the LG Prada). For people who are trying to be "cool".iPhone = Q50 = well made, not for everyone
Android = Versa = cheap, disposable
You do realize that just about everything that they have been arguing in court has to do with UI/UX and the essence of how you use the phone, right? LG Prada has nothing to do with it and those who keep harping on the "rectangular screen defense" simply don't understand UI/UX. The exterior design has something to do with that but isn't the whole story.LG Electronics has claimed the iPhone's design was copied from the LG Prada.
