Keyless entry was working till one day is stopped. It hasn't been working for the past 5 days. Checked the vehicle options and settings to see if it had been disabled but no. It's enabled. Tried both keys near door. Nothing. Tried near passenger door. Nothing. Anyone expereince this same issue?

If you still have warranty left on your car, I suggest you take it to an Infiniti dealer. I'll wager they can fix it.

No, I haven't experienced this.

If it is not working with both keys, I would guess that the "frequency" has somehow changed on the vehicle. What I have read on other forums related to this issue (and other cars) is that it will require a tool that can reset the frequencies. You can fix this at home, but the tool is quite expensive, so I would recommend a trip to your dealer.

Please post back if it was a frequency change on your vehicle and if the dealer has any idea how it happened.

Had this issue. Touch sensor wasn't working. Dealer performed this tsb:
Summary of ITB13038:
IF YOU COFIRM The driver and front passenger doors will not unlock using the one-touch door unlock sensor, AND the Intelligent Key is within operating range, AND the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the Intelligent Key operate, AND the Touch Sensitive Door Sensor feature is set to ON. See page 2 for information about how to check the status of the Touch Sensitive Door Sensor setting. NOTE - The issue, should it occur, can also be confirmed by disconnecting the 12 volt battery negative cable, waiting 10 minutes, and then reconnecting. The one-touch door lock sensor will "reset" and begin to work correctly. ACTION Replace the BCM with the new BCM listed in the PARTS INFORMATION section. See this bulletin for further detail.
