I got this via email today. It didn't explicitly say it was from Infiniti, but it was obviously Infiniti-centric. Anybody else get one of these?

Also got it today. I thought it was just a 3rd-party survey. Here is how it reads:

We are conducting a survey to better understand your recent vehicle shopping experience.

You have been selected to participate in this study and your responses are very important to us. We are not selling anything, and we will keep your answers strictly confidential. Your opinions will be combined with those from other new vehicle shoppers and enthusiasts, like yourself. Your feedback with be used to improve service and products that are offered to you now and in the future.

Please click on the link provided below in order to access the survey. It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
...
Got it too; haven't completed it yet. Maybe they'll aggregate these survey results as a basis for improving InTouch & other quality issues.

They had a section for rating the "must have"ness of vehicle features. I somewhat expected the "cooled seats" line to get a good number of "must have" responses.
Have yet to receive mine! I hope they do use these as an avenue to get these issues resolved for all the people having issues

I have received the Luxury Automotive Automotive Survey. Haven't had time to complete it. It showed up in my work email this morning so I wasn't sure if it was legit or not though.
At the very end of this survey, surprisingly, they ask you to tell them what you LIKE about your Q50. I thought this was a thought-provoking and upbeat way to end the survey. Having indicated those items Related to the Q50 that I felt needed improvement in the survey I was left with a feeling of a void, and the opportunity to express what I enjoy about my Q50 quickly filled that void. I wrote a small book in the "like" section.
Was the survey carefully designed? Oh, yes. Will you have the opportunity to share any joys and misgivings? Yes. Are they listening? Yes. Please put a few miles on your odometer first, and then consider answering the questions in the survey. Enjoy your Q50!
I received one request from Morpace Inc market research co. for performing two hour survey, in person with my Q50, and will give $200 for my time.

Any one else got such request?

I had cooled seats on my Infiniti M. Great thing to have on a hot summer day.:)
Yep. I sign up for it. Hopefully, it's an easy $200.

I would literally use cooled seats every single time I'm in the car, being in Houston.

$100/hr...not bad! I never receive the monetary surveys. So did they provide any indication on where/who you need to drive your car to? Wonder if it's like some type of auto track or something.

yes, not bad. Morpace Inc. is a consumer research firm located in Farmington Hills, MI and is not engaged in sales, advertising or publicity of any kind. They do product review & survey for manufacturers, in this case it's for Infiniti. The survey takes place locally (with in driving distance) in a car evaluation studio. They want me to bring Q50 and they'll go through bunch of questions with you in your car and record your answers. I have done this with my 09 convertible in 2009 and amt at that time was $300 but that was for almost 3-4 hrs, lunch included.

I was suppose to do it last friday but Morpace survey got rescheduled for Friday 15th in OC about 10 minutes. Will see how easy $200 will be (most will end in Q50 goodies).

How much time did you spent?
2 hours exactly. They only concentrate on what you like or dislike about the Intouch, Navigation and steering wheel function buttons.
I wish they concentrate more on the other aspect of the Q50.

I just finished my live survey and it include all aspects of Intouch, Nav, folding mirrors, front plate mounting, plus gave me tips and short cuts to txt msg, download AM, FM stations in the area, plus voice command tips.
I spent more than 2 hours but it was worth it. The input from 30 Q50 owners is going back to Infiniti. I learnt more about Q50 than it's in the OMs and it was fun.
Cool. $200 + free Q50 tips from them. Not bad at all :)
I'm glad Infiniti is reaching out to the owner input. It will definitely help them in the long run.
