I got a quote from my dealer for purchase and install of the midnight grill at $520 total. Seems high, but I was interested in what others have gotten quotes at. Thanks.

Well, that sounds pretty close to how much you're likely to pay if you get it from the dealer.

If you do not get the Appearance Package as part of the install from the factory, it's likely to cost more if you get the spoiler and/or midnight grille separately through the dealer.

Not sure how much an aftermarket grille/spoiler would cost but I believe there's someone here who installed the grille themselves but I'm unsure how much they paid for it

Ouch! Ever considered painting it from a reputable body shop? Mine ran me about $100! Around $500 total actually but I had my calipers painted as well!

I might consider that. That had not dawned on me.

You can replace it without taking the bumper off? Easily?

Can anyone confirm that the grill can be removed without having to take the bumper off. I have no problem taking the bumper off but I'd rather not take it off if it doesn't have to.
I just ordered my grill on eBay for $316 from infinitioftysonscornerparts.

You have to take the bumper out to install your new grill properly and the instructions come with the grill.

[email protected] Thanks cvipgo. I was hoping it could be installed without taking the bumper off. I thought someone on the forum said it wasn't required. I took a look at the instructions and it does look like the bumper will have to come off.

I'm going to wrap the chrome on midnight black grill in gloss black before putting it on. At least this makes the wrapping part easier since its off the car.
