WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! You're right! I may have shot the thing myself out of frustration! Ha Is there even a way to disable the feature if/when it reacts in this way? Oh and if you turned the car off and back on, did it continue?

Yes you can disable it but it turns itself back on every time you go below 10mph

Ouch! I don't know if you got a lemon or it is an Intouch issue.
I haven't have any lock-up or freeze or any of the anomaly on the Q50S hybrid with deluxe tech. I only had the car for a week and drove about 450 miles so far. Maybe it just a matter of time before it get to me, but we'll see.
The only 1 issue I got is the usb mp3 file playing at random.
Perhap you can request the dealer to do a factory reset and reload the software update.
I did that (by accidently from the dealer tech) and it seem the Intouch system is more responsive than before.

Aggie, you should see if Infiniti would be willing to buy your car back and get you another with the same configuration.
For $55k they could have some pretty significant validation about some of the problems and can use the car as their real life guinea pig for repairs. That's a pretty cheap cost if it helps them solve the in touch issues.
I know that probably isn't a realistic expectation but I feel for you and wish things would get resolved for ya (and everyone else having these problems).

Aggie, I would definitely be having a serious discussion with Infiniti about the future of your car. If they aren't willing to present a plan to fix it, they should replace it or you should pursue other options.

Has anyone noticed the volume of the warning tone for sensors decrease? Mine used to be louder, now almost seems like a shorted out sound. If I am playing music loud I can barely hear it. Isn't it supposed to mute whatever you are listing to and overlay the warning sound over everything else?
