Of course, but once the car reaches the set speed it's equivalent to a speedo.

Some phone GPS units also display speed.

My wife’s setting has it on the digital. Do not know how dealer set it. I have not been able to figure how to set under my personal preference. Q50 S red. 2021

Menu > Settings > Meter > Main Menu Selection

There you will find a list of the available screens you can enable or disable. Make sure the one that says "Average Speed" is enabled. You can then step through whichever of those screens you've enabled with the trip computer switches on your steering wheel.
