For my DD I put mine in personal which i set to sport mode + standard steering!

I just drive in standard and some times in personal which is sport and quick/hard steering.

This is unsettling.

Your sales consultant should've shown you all of that Especially since that's a major driving component of the car. It's definitely not your fault but with such a complex and tech heavy car, I think they're supposed to sit you in the car and when a good 20 minutes going through Intouch, the camera, setting up your Bluetooth, etc.
