Hi all,

I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Q50 RS AWD in October 2022 from a Ford Dealership in San Marcos, TX (Griffith Ford).
Unfortunately, the vehicle was stolen on February 8th, 2023. Now I'm working with Progressive Insurance on the claim and am in the process of negotiating the valuation.
I need to be able to prove to them that the car had some options installed e.g. radiant lighting, black sport grill etc.
Insurance company has aske me to provide them with pictures proving my claims and the original window sticker. For some of the items I can prove via photos. However, not for everything.

So I'm trying to get the original window sticker for my car which had VIN .
I'm having a hard time because :
  1. This VIN is an international VIN. Someone must have purchased the car internationally, transported it to the US and then sold/traded it in
  2. The Ford dealership I purchased the car from - no longer has it
  3. Infiniti Dealerships are not able to provide the Original window sticker either
  4. Monroneylabels.com doesn't have information on the VIN either
  5. Infiniti US Consumer Affairs is not able to help either as their systems don't have information for International VINs
I'm posting this all here in hopes that someone is able to point me in the right direction.

p.s I've reached out to Nissan Japan via Inquiries | Nissan Motor Corporation Global Website but it doesn't look promising.

Carfax report is attached.

Here you go. This is the website where you purchase the original window sticker for very cheap and download it in a PDF format and even print it. This is where i got mine from as well for only $9.99.

monroneylabels.com doesn't have information on this VIN; I've already checked here. Thanks for your response

Oh ok. When I checked it said it had the information as it added the label in the cart right here View attachment 115181
Thanks for checking that far.
I saw that too and got excited.
if you do the next step and try to check out (before entering any details) you’ll get a page saying that they don’t have the information for this vehicle

I was able to look up your VIN on NHTSA US gov website here: VIN Decoder | NHTSA . I attached the VIN report from them for reference.

Interestingly, your car was manufactured in the Tochigi plant in Japan (kind of cool.. they make the GT-R there too). The plant's website is located here: Welcome to NISSAN PLANTS

They have an HR and Administration general affairs number you can contact. Maybe they can provide original window sticker or point you in the right direction.

Hope you are able to get the information you need. That's really unfortunate to have your car stolen! Good luck

In keeping with our personal information protection guidelines here, I'm deleting the VIN link. Please PM personal information to the OP. I've also deleted the OP's references to his VIN.

Pm me if you would like me to see what I can through Infinitis database. Certain model Infinitis never allow window sticker pulls such as edition 30's and some signatures, even if I cannot pull the window sticker I can tell you what equipment it has and any RO's/warranty work that was scheduled

@Pickle Rick thanks for the information and write up. this was definitely cool to check out. The site provides good information on the car build and safety features, unfortunately, it doesn't mention the add-ons and upgrades which is what would be on the window sticker.
Calling those phone numbers in Japan would be my last resort.

Infiniti US Consumer Affairs did provide me an e-mail address : [email protected] << I've reached out here in hopes that there is someone monitoring the inbox.

Yeah dude, total bummer. And I had just worked with Racebox on all the goodies in Dec 22 - didn't even get to enjoy it 2 months.
If you have it - I would recommend to subscribe to inTouch location services, or at a minimum keep a tracker in your vehicle.
Infiniti is high on the list of stolen vehicles in the US and supposedly it is not difficult to clone our key fobs.

I paid $44 for the Carfax report only to find that the link to the Window Sticker doesn't have any information. Atleast that is consistent with other sites as well where they don't have information for this specific vehicle.

I've reached out to Carfax requesting a refund since the report is "incomplete". Lets see if I can get my money back.
