Need your help asap, please. Test driving at West Houston tomorrow for 2nd time

Hello,

I'm going to West Houston tomorrow for a 2nd test drive. I'm coming out of an M lease and honestly, my first drive on the Q50 left me unenthused simply because of the size of the car. I've gotten used to the bigger sedan feel. I'm going to give it another try tomorrow based on the numbers I'm being offered. But, I'm wondering if I'm actually getting the best deal. These include the new November incentives and the three month pull-in (which would "save" me $1500).

Please advise your thoughts and give me any advice. I still have this nagging feeling that the payment could be a little lower.

Deluxe Touring
19" Sport Wheels
39 month lease with 10k miles; $539 with $815.45 due at signing (add $31 to the payment for 12k miles)

Thanks, guys and gals...I've been lurking here for a couple of months. I had a G35 before my M37S. Traded the G in on the M. This setup afforded me a great lease option, but as a result I got spoiled rotten with the M, which has been a great car. Now, I have no trade in or (desire for) a huge down payment so I'm really having to weigh my options. I LOVE the looks of the Q50. Just have to adjust to having a pocket rocket vs. a luxury sedan. :D

How bout the m56? :) nuthin like a V8! >:)
LOL. You are NOT helping! :D
I'm at $458 a month sign and drive on a Q50 Sport with nav and deluxe (MSRP = $49,035). Selling price is $1000 below invoice, 10K miles, 39 months, and $3250 loyalty applied (plus 2 remaining G37 payments waived).

With the $800 out of pocket, I was at $437 (I'm going to haggle to get this payment with the "sign and drive").

You can definitely do better. Take your numbers and plug them on a lease calculator and see for yourself. I hope this helps.
Thanks, Mr. P! I knew it....this is too high of a payment.

Can you send me a link for the Lease Calculator you use?

Thank you!
Power is the ultimate luxury. Now, which one plants you into the back of the seat?
Who is your salesman? And what's the msrp on the car

Is $458 includes FL sales tax? Which dealership/salesman?

I sent you a PM.

That is correct. I PM'd you my dealership / salesman. Let me know.
Make sure to factor in the new incentive for loyalty. Somewhere in the $3000 to $3250 range from other reports on this forum.

That is, if you qualify for the loyalty part.

This is good.

I think I'm finally moving towards getting the Q50 based on the incentives alone. We'll see how these calculations turn out for what I'm looking for
I ended up with a fully loaded Q50 Sport RWD. Leather, Nav, Touring, Technology....everything. They only had ONE of the color I wanted w/the wheels I wanted (Graphite/Sport Wheels). It just happened to have all of the options.

$52,400.00 MSRP

3-Month Pull-in on my M Lease (savings of $1500)
$845.00 down (includes first pmt)
$3250 Loyalty Incentive
39 mos/10K miles
$589.00 mo

I don't know if this is a super great deal or not, but I am thrilled. I love the low upfront cash outlay. It is a BEAUTIFUL car and so fun to drive. I debated on this for several months....looked at Audis, BMWs, etc. Bottom line, I'm an Infiniti Gal...this is my 3rd one.

I definitely made the right choice. And it was the easiest car purchase/lease I've ever made. West Houston Infiniti is awesome.

If you're thrilled, it is a super deal. And it sounds like a very good deal anyway. I'm sure if you'd had the fortitude to beat on the sales guy for three hours you could have saved $5-$10/month. Would that have been worth your time? If not, the answer is you got a good deal.

And you already answered your question - you made the right choice. If they do a good job making sure you're happy and do a reconnect to answer all your questions about how to use the tech and maximize your enjoyment of the investment, then you got an exceptional deal. Enjoy your new car. The
Nope - I had no interest in haggling hours on end for $5-10/month. I'm happy. :)
