Infiniti just released new Lease Rates on all Q50. On a $40k premium car it lowered the payment by about $30 per month.

Pretty nice little drop. Maybe it is enough to push a few more people over.

I am paying more for my Q50 lease than on any other lease I have ever had but I am enjoying this car more than any other I have ever had...

Sorry for the question, but what does that mean? Sorry but I'd like to know what Mf and residual means

MF = money factor. Take your money factor and multiply by 2400 and that is essentially your APR. The residual is what the vehicle will be worth at disposition. Let's say you lease a car for 36 months and the sales price was 50k, after 36 months they say the car will be worth 30k. 30k or 60 % would be your residual amount.

MFs are down to .0003 on the G's, wonder if we'll see the Q's at this level during the December year-end sales push.
Cant imagine that.. the MF is double that on a 39 month lease.. they are pushing the 24 mo as a cheaper alternative to the Q50 and its the only vehicle we have with a good 24 mo lease..

Hi guys, I got several quotes yesterday on Q50. Both with $2,000 out of the pocket. Money factor: 0.00136. Northern New Jersey.

1) MSRP $50,605 Q50 3.7 AWD with Delux Touring, Navigation and Spare Tire

24 month and 15,000 miles: $719/month; 59% Residual ($29,856)
24 month and 10,000 miles: $651/month

39 month and 15,000 miles: $629/month; 69% Residual ($34,917)
39 month and 10,000 miles: $588/month

2) MSRP $44,085 Q50 3.7 AWD with Navigation and Weather with Spare Tire

24 month and 15,000 miles: $550/month
39 month and 15,000 miles: $499/month

I still have another month to drive my Maxima so I decided to see if money factor or residual change in October, so I didn't get the car. But what do you guys think?

Also, I honestly didn't feel that much difference between my Maxima 3.5 FWD and Q50 3.7 AWD. You can feel that the engine is a bit more powerful and ride is softer. Questioning if I should even go for Infiniti... MB CLA-250 came out today :D

The numbers I am seeing for September for the RWD Hybrid Premium are MF 0.00157 and Residual of 60%. Can anyone else confirm these? I am still planning on 9 MSDs which would bring my total payment in at $594 in California where we pay Sales Tax based on the monthly lease payment.

I think I mentioned this in the lease thread.
MF 0.00146 for Q50H premium RWD
After 9MSDs MF was 0.00056 or about 1.3% APR
Residual went up 1%
