New update....Sports scores not working?

Wow, that's a new one. This inTouch system is pitiful. This is almost as bad a launch as Obamacare.
Sorry, you'll just have to wait for another software update. We're still in pre-alpha version of the inTouch system.
I've had a tons of problems with the Q50. i'm really agitated about this car. Loved my fx35 but this is a piece of junk. The GPS stalls all the time after driving for more than an hour. The audio page gets stuck and i can't change channels. i have this problem with "sports scores has stopped unexpectedly" and there's a constant buzzing noise when the fans are on.
i've had nothing but FRUSTRATION since leasing this junk in August.
So you just updated the software and it is locking up? I've not heard of this from any of my customers.
However, I do have a suggestion for you or anyone with the latest update (1.9) who is having problems with Sports Scores not displaying (or other little issues like this.
The last part of the software update requires a double reset. Perhaps the tech forgot to do it. You can do it yourself. Here's how:
Go to App Garage=>app garage setting=>factory data reset
Do the reset TWICE.
Report back if that helps.

It does get me from point a to point b...and it's fast...but that's not why I bought the car. If I wanted "just a car", I would have gotten a Nissan Altima.

Thank you! Love the car, and have not had any technology problems since the first update. Of course, I don't plug in a cell phone, have wifi, Pandora, Twitter, Internet, Facebook, Apple, Android, Bluetooth, Blackberry, etc., etc. My only add on is the iPod Classic, which plays and displays flawlessly. I also like the brakes, the hybrid system, gas mileage, power, handling, comfort, fit and finish, styling both inside and out, etc., etc. I guess I'm one of the lucky few???

Man…I effing LOVE my Sport Hybrid…I just bought the STILLEN cat-back, and just picked up a set of 4 month old Vossen CV4's that are in perfect condition for $1450. I've not had a single issue really with any of my electronics…it takes a minute to load when you initially start the car, but so does my laptop…I think the car drives phenomenally & handles even better…it's definitely fast & certainly a fun drive...the ride is incredibly smooth…I don't have anything bad to say at all…the only I will say is if you're looking at getting one I wouldn't even bother driving the non-hybrid…I have a non-hybrid, non-sport q50 loaner from the dealership right now (their giving me an oil change & putting my spoiler on) & it's nothing like my sport hybrid…hope that helps.

Setting --> App Garage --> App Garange Setting --> Information (something like that).
Latest version is 2.3.7.0646
I had my updated since last week and so far everything work great. SXM (score, stock and weather) work great.
What fixed for me:
Play MP3 files from USB when setting is set to "All Random" = fixed.
Some mp3 file doesn't show clipart = fixed.
Other than that, I had no issue or freezes for 2 months (since the last September update).
This latest version of software update felt very solid.

Sports scores are fine for me after the update but my XM traffic stopped working and said "requires SXM subscription". Meanwhile everything else SXM works fine...
Called SXM and they told me my radio was activated in April 2013... and "demo" expires September (on the exact date I bought the car). Then he tried explaining that the September activation converted it to a "trial' and that XM traffic wasn't included (despite me saying that XM traffic had been working all along and that it was impossible for it to have been activated in April 2013). Finally the guy just kept trying to tell me I have a trial and not a demo account and then started saying the update Infiniti did is actually the one that converted it to this "trial" account sans traffic.
I got fed up and hung up on them... I really wish Infiniti would drop SXM, they're a terrible company. Techs at the dealer want to look at my car now so hopefully they will help me out here. My salesman got a service advisor involved and called me the same day so at least they're still working for the good scores I gave them on the survey.
