Every time I go full throttle I hear the humming sound from the engine bay the car still pulls good could this be a turbo going out or vacuum leak ?

Yea I do have bov it’s not humming sound I don’t know how to describe it but it makes a weird sound when I get on it this started yesterday

I could hear what you're talking about. Did you have the fan running on the inside? It kinda sounded like the blower motor for your AC/Heater

Nah the ac was off at time when doing that pull but the fan could be on cause sometimes the car automatically turns it on when it get hot
