When do we get to test drive it
See, I am shocked that I was so strong about the Venetian Ruby and am now contemplating the Chestnut Bronze. I wasn't sure what it would truly look like in person since every picture looks a little different, much like the Hagane Blue, but with so many red, black and white cars on the roads, I really want something a little more unique. I absolutely love my G37 blue/teal color and get tons of compliments and am hoping the Hagane is similar but too hard to tell. At times it looks almost like a sky blue, other times like a muted grey blue. I really need to see the cars in person before I can make up my mind on a car that I will be driving for at least 3 years.Even though the Red was not there, The new Chestnut Bronze is a real eye catcher in the sun. Wrestling now between the Venetian Ruby and the Chestnut Bronze. I am a little afraid of colors that approach "Arrest Me Red" so leaning towards the Chestnut Bronze. All in all a very nice event. Got a good demo and dialog from a factory driver (the guy that takes the Salesmen out onto the track). The Features and the ability to personalize them is just amazing and very intuitive. Each key remembers all of the personal customizations. Software updates to include the new IOS coming in September.
Thanks Randy!
So many red cars on the road? Red cars only make up 10 percentSee, I am shocked that I was so strong about the Venetian Ruby and am now contemplating the Chestnut Bronze. To match their necks?I live in the south so there are a lot of red cars and trucks.
Something like that!!!!To match their necks?![]()
Now just a minute! I live in Tennessee, but I'm a "halfback." Born in Pennsylvania, lived most of my life in Florida(grew up in Miami), and moved "halfway back" to here, 10 years ago. My neck is NOT red.To match their necks?![]()
Calm down Selzini!! I've spent more of my life in California than anywhere and have only lived back in Tennessee for three years. But let's face it, there are a LOT of ******** here. Not all of us but plenty of them. I KNOW there has to be a few even in the big city of Chattanooga. hahaNow just a minute! I live in Tennessee, but I'm a "halfback." Thank you for the breakdown. Very helpful. I too think the Chestnut Bronze looked very sophisticated in a few pictures but not as classy in others. Ahhh!! I also agree with your wife, as I'm very artistic and design as a hobby, that the wheat has a yellow tone to it but because I dislike black leather interior very much and currently have the stone and know what a pain it is with blue jeans "staining" them and the light carpets being unable to hide dirt/stains (even professionally cleaning won't get out), I may have to go with wheat interior. When we first arrived at the event, several of the cars were outside and being moved into the showroom. There was a big difference in the colors between outside and inside. The Chestnut Bronze was very metallic and Bronze outside but more muted and brown under the showroom lights. The Hagane Blue is a steel blue with some grey in it. A very nice color but not what I would call striking. I think it will still be very popular. My wife is an interior decorator and felt the Chestnut Bronze had a very sophisticated look. It is pretty sunny here in Northern Cal all year so I am not inclined to go with the Graphite interior as it would just be too hot most of the time. Although I felt the wheat/maple would be good with the Chestnut Bronze, my wife (Interior Designer and into colors) felt it was a little too yellow. So we will most likely go with Stone/Maple interior regardless of exterior color.
You're in Sunnyvale? I hope you're not connected to those low-lifes at flipora, who send e-mails to people, pretending that they're coming from a friend of the recipient.I am in Sunnyvale, right next to Mt View. I hadn't heard about jeans causing stains. Hopefully that is not a problem. Might have to get those expensive floor mats.
Yes, my blue jeans (not necessarily remotely new ones) would rub off on the leather, specifically on the outside edge. Since I had paid for the Xzilon, they eventually replaced the leather on the front seats. The new leather seats tended to not get as bad but I recently found a way to remove it.....those miracle working Mr. Clean Magic Erasers!!I am in Sunnyvale, right next to Mt View.
