The latest and perhaps easiest to resolve issue has kept our Q50 in the service department since November 7, 2013. The reason it is there this time is to replace the SD card reader. We were told it would take two business days, worst case. Well, it is now December 1, the reader finally arrived last Wednesday, November 27. It has not been installed. We have been given a loaner which has zero of the options/packages that our car has. We have been driving this vehicle for three weeks.
ARE there any Q50 owners out there who have had ZERO issues. If there are, what packages and model do you own? We have been given the options of replace, repurchase or select a completely different model of Infiniti. These options were offered to us via Customer Quality and Dealer Network Development Arbitration Specialist, Amanda Johnson (615-725-7278). Given this is the most current of a variety of issues, the most frightening "malfunction" we had was no steering capability. We've been in this lease for 90 days and have had our car for 49 of the 90. Should we believe that a replacement Q50 is the way to go? You might be interested to know that every loaner we've used (we are currently on our fourth one) has had some electronic malfunction.
We welcome your responses!
