I just hyperlinked your setup.

Please add your camber spec in the post I have quoted.

Thanks!

All:

Please try and add your suspension setup and your alignment specs...most importantly camber. I could care less about the rest as far as fitment goes.

Please include wheel make and model along with diameter, width and offset.

Please add make and model of tires and size/sizes.

Please let us know if you have AWD, RWD, Sport, Non Sport.

Please edit your original post to keep content in one place...don't make another post.

Yes, it may sound a bit demanding, but I'd like to provide as much useful information as possible for wheel/tire fitment in this thread.

I appreciate everyone for participating.

Cheers!

When I purchased my Q50 the stock wheels were 17's. I quickly purchased some 20X8.5 wheels all around and I'm actually getting tired of this setup. I'm new to the forum and would love some opinions on a new setup. I'm thinking:

20x9 or 8.5 in the front and 20x10 or 10.5 in back

Then I want to lower it by maybe an 1 inch in front and maybe .5 or so in rear

Anyone that is running something similar or just familiar with the setup let me know how it was/is for you or what information you can provide concerning the setup.

Thanks

Thanks for the heads up. I see that they have pics tied to them. In fact one of the setups I liked earlier yesterday is similar to the fitment I want.

Anyone successfully running 275/35/19 square on stock height without camber changes? I really don't want to get the wrong size tire thinking it'll fit up front.. my wheels being +35 is making me nervous

No hyperlink for an 18x10 +40mm Squared Setup w/ Akebono's.

Is anyone running this wheel successfully?

I wanted to run this size wheel (Titan 7 T-S5), on a 265/40/18 or a 275/40. Lowered on BC Racing Coilovers (stock camber).

Any advice would be appreciated.

Looks like I am all caught up. I still can't edit the first post...waiting until my detention is over.
Thanks for all your efforts in organizing and updating those links! I'm shopping for new wheels and this thread is a life saver.

Strange, some of my links end up just pointing to a page.

I will go through them all another time and make sure they are correct.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have still not updated the first post. I will attempt again this weekend.

I really want to stick with a 40 aspect ratio tire for traction purpose. And I want to stay square so that I can rotate and maintain the lifespan as best as possible. Stock height, 19 Luxe RWD, no Akebonos. Wheels are 19x9.5 +35.

Can I fit 275/40/19 all around? I doubt it but figured I would ask. If not, can I least fit it in the rear? I know 275/35 will fit, really want to stay 40 though.

If I have to go staggered, will a 285 width tire be too wide for a 9.5 wheel?

Appreciate the feedback

I have a Base model 2015 Q50 3.7 RWD with the stock 17" rims and stock tires. Stock everything. Here are my current stock wheel specs and below are the old G35 Rays wheel specs that i'm interested in getting. Does anyone know if I'll run into brake clearance issues or anything else with this setup if I stay conservative with tires?

Stock Q50 Rims
Front and Rear: 7.5Jx17 ET 45 (35min-55max) with 225/55R17 95V

G35 RAYS
Front: 19x8+30 with 225/40R19 86Y
Rear: 19x8.5+33 with 245/40R19 94Y

I waited so I wouldn't be the only one responding to these with my own opinions, but here it goes...same for the next post:

275/40...no...don't do it. Why do you want to change your final drive to be taller? If you really want a 40, for whatever reason (40 is not an actual measure but a percentage), run a 255/40/19 or at most a 265/40/19 (if there is such a tire).

A 285 +35 will stick out in the rear...never mind that it is going to be a bit wide for a 9.5.

It is going to be hard to run staggered with only one wheel width all around.

If you can get the same wheel wider with more offset (10 or 10.5 +45) then you should be able to run a 285/35 in the rear and run a 255/40 up front (in trying to keep the diameters matched up but it really doesn't matter with a RWD as you can just run a 255/35 or a 265/35 up front just the same).

I suppose you are going for a "look" with a staggered setup. If you are going for performance, you need a wider wheel for the rear.

You can try your luck by running a 275/35 in the rear and a 245/40 up front but that 245 may be a bit too stretched.

Did you upgrade to sport brakes? If you were running 17" wheels, I'd highly doubt the 19" rays would give you any trouble.

There is a link up there that is working...18x7.5 +45 rays on AWD with sport brakes. Your +30 shouldn't have any issues (yes, I know different year wheel).

Those tire sizes shouldn't give you any trouble with clearance.

However, after a few months, you are gonna wish you had a wider front/rear setup...like the one on 2016+ RWD sport models...245 front...265 rear IIRC.
