Hey all, wanted to see if anyone has experienced any problems when trying to reset the oil and filter service warning as even the dealer had a problem resetting it after I got my first oil change.

Which one? The one on the meter display (between speedo and tach) or the one on the InTouch display?

I hope we weren't the dealer, because that sounds sorta incompetent to me. Any salesperson here could address that issue.

I went to the dealer a few days after I originally posted this and the tech they sent out to fix it thought he cleared and reset it, turns out he didn't but I didn't get another warning until I was halfway home. Then I just tried doing it myself which made the warning go away but now I just hit the mileage that I wanted it to alert me at and no warning. Going back to the dealer this week to see if they can figure it out.
