I'm a brand new member o' the Q50 club, as I recently purchased a 2019 ice-blue model with 23K miles. Since my purchase was thru a mom-n-pop dealership, I never received any training on the onboard computer or how to add apps to customize it.
Any experienced techies here who can teach an old dog a few new tricks?

Did your car come with the InTouch Manual? I'd start there to familiarize yourself with the InTouch system. You can download it from Infiniti if you don't have it. The addition of apps to the InTouch system never materialized and Infiniti has no intention of providing any additional apps other than the ones that came with the car. There was a class-action lawsuit about this years ago. If you want to add apps, CarPlay or Android Auto to the system, you'll have to install 3rd party hardware to the system. Many threads here about them. Use the Search Community field at the top of the page.

You won't get any luck with the stock app ecosystem. Just count yourself lucky that you got an 18+ with the improved InTouch.

This reason alone is what led to me starting my own project to replace InTouch & TCM functionality in the aftermarket.

One resource you may want to check out is the Infiniti InTouch App. This app allows you to customize your Infiniti's onboard computer and access a range of features and functions, such as navigation, entertainment, and vehicle diagnostics. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
