Post up here if you are located in Ontario. I'd be interested in setting up some group meets next year. I usually go out to most of the meets/shows in the GTA, would be pretty cool to roll in with a couple Q's next year!

My name is Will and I live in Caledon.

Only two members in Ontario? Nice list of cars interiorman.

Wouldn't have done it any different myself :)

How are your Q50s doing in the cold temps and snow?
There are others, I'm sure they just haven't seen the thread yet.

I can't comment on winter driving as my car is in storage until spring. It's a real shame what salt does to a car.

I heard about the "Ertefa" meets that go down in Toronto, or just outside of it. Seen some video's of it, crazy!

It would be cool to see a collection of Q50's all lined up at the meet

This happens 20 minutes from my house so I go all the time. It truly is crazy, hundreds of cars, music, models. It's an outdoor car show at night. I brought out the Q towards the end of the show season last year and it got a lot of attention. Just wait till it's lowered on proper wheels.

I'm very happy with it in the snow. The AWD system when put in snow mode is pretty good and is a huge help when you want to turn without fishtailing. But if you want to have fun and be able to pull the rear end out a bit in the snow, just leave it in sport. As for cold temps, I've had no issues turning it on during the coldest of days so far this winter. I did have one occurrence where the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and none of the systems (I've got active steering) came on, so I drove the car without any power steering to get home (2 km). After parking it for about 15 min and restarting it, everything was back to normal. This has never happened again. I took a pic on my cell and will have the dealer look at it when I take it in for its normal service.

No doubt salt kills our cars, but if you got it for a daily driver, then just drive and enjoy it as much as you can. If it's your toy, storing it is the only way to go!

You need to get this checked out. Either software or DAS modules or both. Cold weather is coming back to Chicago so I can see if the software change worked.

hey! another future Q50 owner in the GTA...hopefully within the next month

Were you guys able to negotiate discounts off the MSRP? I notice there's a promo right now with 2.9% lease rate. Just wondering if I should take it now or wait until after the auto show coming up next month to see whether they have any promos then.

Anyone know if Infiniti has specials each year around the time of the Toronto auto show?

Thanks!

An hour west of TO here, KW area.
No cold weather issues, and the AWD with Michelin X-ice tires has been great.

I'm curious about why you're saying that the car does not like the cold?

In Richmond Hill just got my car last week

Had a G35XS then a G37XS and now a Q50 Sport AWD picking up on a theme here :) My 37 was modded and pulled away from a base 911 man was he upset. Not sure what to do to this one. Last one had been chipped, Stillen gen 2 cold air, High flow Berk cats, and Invida cat back system. LOVED THAT CAR!:D

But getting used to the new one now, corners better for sure. Taking it easy on the acceleration for the moment.

Welcome and by the sounds of you're previous ride, it's probably a fair guess that you'll be modding the Q ;) What color did you get and what are you planning to do first?

Considering this package they are verifying it will fit the Q50 without issues VQ37VHR 400HP Package

Then adding the Stillen Gen2 cold air intake and the cat back system. Figured that should give me a nice boost over stock!

She is black with limo tinting on the back and legal on the front windows.

I see you have done a little as well, anything else you are thinking of?
