What year and mileage on the car? Considering it has a rich condition I’m thinking it might be spark plugs or maybe even the cylinder 3 coil pack. First thing I’d do is clear the codes, swap the cylinder 3 coil pack with any other cylinder, and see if the miss fire follows the coil pack or pops back up in cylinder 3. If it follows, replace the coil pack, if not replace the spark plug, and you might as well replace all 6 at the same time.

I would at least pull the cylinder 3 spark plug and inspect it. But you will probably find that it does need to be replaced, yes.
