So the October lease numbers from IFS are exactly the same as September's? I thought IFS has lowered the Money Factor slightly and raised the residual values a little??

So the $1000 loyalty cash on leasing is till in effect?

there is no pull ahead on anything except M. The mf is .00124 and 74% for mnogh's lease

Thank you ejhyun, I got a price from a local dealer for a AWD non premium car with msrp of 41,640 for 309/mo plus tax for 24 months at 10k which sounds like a good deal. Total oop is 1900 including first mo, tax, bf, dmv. They told me the residual is 78% on a non premium AWD. would have liked the heated seats and upgraded stereo, but it would cost more as the residual is 74%.

Am I reading these residuals correct? 74%

I am about to pull the trigger on a Q50S Hybrid with tech and nav. The residual with 12k miles is 62% and MF is .00136.

Is the new mf .00124?
New residual?

I am in illinois if that makes a difference.

I see the term is only 24 months so that explains the residual. What about the MF?

Long Island, NY. The residual is higher on a non-Prem AWD car vs a Prem AWD car by 4% if I recall for this month. MF is .000124 for the non-Prem car also.
