First time I've received any error message and hit OK. "HeadUnitProxy has stopped unexpectedly" Anyone know what this means?

I just got this message too. It happened while I was stopped at a light and the car shook right before the message popped up. I don't have the s model, but I have a hybrid.

Just found out something interesting, if you go to the apps manager and update the headunit proxy app. It improves the connectivity of devices and responsiveness when changing tracks for example. If you haven't already, update "HeadUnitProxy"
